Welcome to this stunning villa in Orba, a serene and charming destination in the heart of the Costa Blanca, Spain. The ground floor includes an open-living with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed for two persons, two double-bedrooms, two single beds per room, with ceiling fans, a bathroom, a garage and washing area. Outside on the same foor is the pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a bar area. On the top floor you will find the main front-door entrance with also a living area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king-size bed and airconditioner and en-suite bathroom.

Enjoy meals on one of the several terraces, the front terrace, the covered upper terrace with the scenic view or the pool terrace.

Orba is centrally located near the towns of Denia and Javea. Explore Denia’s historic castle and port, Javea’s picturesque beaches and old town, or Orba’s local markets and festivals. The area also offers walking and cycling trails for an active holiday.

Elegant and luxurious villa on the foothills of Montgo in Denia. The villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street, ensuring tranquility. The sea, the beach, the port, and the vibrant city center of Denia are all within 1 to 3 kilometers from the property.

The entire property is equipped with air conditioning. The villa’s plot offers plenty of privacy, with various levels featuring multiple terraces and secluded seating areas, a beautiful green garden, a delightful swimming pool, and stunning views of the city, the sea, and the port with ferry services to destinations including Ibiza and Formentera (approximately two hours by boat). The property is secured with an automatic gate and has space for two vehicles.

On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room with a luxurious open kitchen (including dishwasher and oven), a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a first complete bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with a second en-suite bathroom. The whole villa is equipped with aircondition. There are more sun and shade spots on the plot. There also is a outdoor kitchen with a large dining table, a barbeque and a skottelbraai. From the swimmingpool area and outdoor ktichen you have stunning views of the montains and also the great sunsets. There are two free parking spaces.

The upper apartment contains 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the living area there is a open kitchen with a refridgerator, dishwasher, an oven/grill and induction heater. Also you find there a slow cooker, a toaster and a britta water can. We you walk outside you enter the covered terrace with the great view and sunsets.

In januari 2025 the lower appartment will be ready. Then you have the oppertunity to celebrate your holiday with 2 families (8-10 persons).

Just a little outside of the historic town of Pedreguer you will find the this villa in the quiet urbanisation of Monte Solana II.  This house offers a spectacular view on the Pedreguer Mountains and you will be mesmerised by the view once you arrive.  We offer a spacious villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool, great garden and to top it off: a glass naya which can be fully opened. Here you can enjoy the mountain view while having dinner.   This place offers a great hideout after a visit to the busy towns of Valencia or Alicante which are just an hour away from here. This is a place to come to rest.

The beach towns of Denia and Javea are only a short drive away while the mountains like col de Rates are just around the corner as well. This area offers great hiking and cycling routes . The surroundings are a very popular training area for professional but also amateur cyclists.
