Welcome to Retiro Sol. We offer carefully selected apartments and villas on the Costa Blanca North, including Dénia, Jávea and Els Poblets.
Our holiday rentals are available for short stays of up to 10 days and are offered in accordance with the applicable tourist regulations.
In addition, we offer temporary rentals from 11 days onwards. These rentals are intended for longer stays, such as wintering or extended stays, with conditions that vary depending on the length of stay.
Different legal frameworks and conditions apply to holiday rentals and temporary rentals.

Retiro Sol Holiday and Seasonal Living guarantees the best price when booking directly through our website or over the phone. If you find a lower rate within 24 hours of booking, we will match it and give you an additional 5% discount. You need to provide evidence of the lower rate via our online contact form.
