 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wat hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf in El Patio de afgelopen 7 weken. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles schoon en netjes. Helaas is er geen tot weinig zon op het terras begin januari,  de zon staat niet hoog genoeg in die tijd. Gelukkig veranderde dat per dag en konden wij in februari tussen 10:30 en 14:30 uur heerlijk bij het huisje zitten. Vanaf de maand maart t/m de zomer zal je zeker heerlijk in het 🌝🌝 kunnen zitten. In de keuken is er een combimagnetron aanwezig, daar hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. Ook fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is. Bij een vraag of opmerking wordt er snel antwoord gegeven en eventueel actie ondernomen. Er is genoeg te zien en te beleven in Denia.  Zeker een aanrader om bij Retiro Sol een verblijf te boeken. Een geweldig appartement, dat van alle gemakken is voorzien, wat je nodig hebt tijdens een welverdiende vakantie. Bij vragen, werden wij snel en duidelijk geholpen en werd er pro-actief meegedacht. Enige opmerking: over de stoelen op het balkon, mooi luxe appartement en dan stoelen waarop je het niet lang uithoudt. Misschien een aandachtspunt om te verbeteren.

Die Wohung war bei Ankfunft sauber,. Hatten kleine Probleme mit dem Link zum öffnen der Tür- aber Vermieter super erreichbar und es wurde sofort geholfen👌 Fußläufig zum Strand, keine 5min. El apartamento estaba genial, nos encantó la ubicación y la piscina, pero el sofá cama era muy incómodo y el lavabo estaba atascado. Se aparcaba genial. Op loopafstand (2 min.) van het strand en op fiets afstand (10 min.)van het centrum van Denia. Het prachtig volledig nieuw gerenoveerde appartement is goed uitgerust met 2 ruime slaapkamers waar super fjine bedden staan voor een perfecte nachtrust en verder van alle gemakken is voorzien, waaronder zelfs heerlijke ligbedden voor op het strand of aan het mooie zwembad. De supermarkt en verse bakker om de hoek een fijne plek voor een top vakantie. Wij komen zeker een keer terug!

La estancia fue buena, muy cerca de la playa a escasos 4 min andando, el apartamento bien, limpieza genial y todo lo necesario para cocinar, y encima piscina justo a la salida de la terraza. Además el dueño tuvimos que llamar por el aire y súper rápido la respuesta y solucionado, muy atento a que este todo bien. Recomendable al 100%.

Well equipped kitchen and excellent bathroom with a large shower offering power and plentiful hot water. Great location, only a 20 min stroll into Denia in a quiet suburb. Other restaurants and supermarkets 10 mins walk away. Beautiful communal gardens and a pool as well. Recommended.
