Wonderfull house with everything available e.g. bar, pool, decent BBQ, big spacious room and full equipped kitchen. Situated just outside a nearby village where you have everything available, supermarket, various restaurants, and further away wine tasting and the beach.

Zona espectacular a 5/10 minutos en coche de cualquier playa, supermercado o restaurante. Zona de piscina muy tranquila y familiar, perfecta para los niños.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fijn appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en stijlvol ingericht. We waren heel content met de wasmachine en Nespresso. Fijne badkamer met wastafel, douche en designradiator (misschien kan de eigenaar nog een kledinghaakje bevestigen om de badkamer compleet te maken ;-)).
Rustig parkje met mooie tuin en zwembad. Zee is op loopafstand en er zijn tientallen lekkere restaurants in Denia. Aanrader voor een heerlijk verblijf aan de Costa Blanca!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Didn’t quite live up to expectations. At check-in smart lock didn’t work as physical lock was also used. Secondly, several cockroaches in the apartment and bathroom. On second day, construction workers started loud work at 8.00. Third day we could’t leave the apt because there was electrical work that shut down all electricity hence also smart locks that didn’t work. Also washing machine was behind locked door. Rustige buurt, absoluut een aanrader. Service is top. Alles in Denia is binnen 10 minuten te bereiken. Hier blijven wij naar terug gaan.

Een geweldig appartement, dat van alle gemakken is voorzien, wat je nodig hebt tijdens een welverdiende vakantie. Bij vragen, werden wij snel en duidelijk geholpen en werd er pro-actief meegedacht.

Wij hebben met ons gezin genoten en komen graag nog een keer terug.

Well equipped kitchen and excellent bathroom with a large shower offering power and plentiful hot water. Great location, only a 20 min stroll into Denia in a quiet suburb. Other restaurants and supermarkets 10 mins walk away. Beautiful communal gardens and a pool as well. Recommended.
