 Verified Sehr schöne Wohnung ☺ Alles war sehr schön und sauber. Eine helle Wohnung mit einer sehr schönen Ausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung liegt in einer nicht viel befahrenen Straße nur ca. 300m vom Strand entfernt. ☹ Die Handtücher in der Küche wurden vermutlich versehentlich nicht vor der Ankunft ausgetauscht. Deswegen musste ich diese in der Waschmaschine selbst waschen. Es war nicht schlimm, kann passieren.

 Verified Pleasant ☺ Clean and fully equipped. Close to the beach. No problem with parking. Very nice pool. ☹ Unreliable airconditioning - I think it is designed to shut down on its own when there is no movement during the day. However, in our case it was shutting down during the night, seemingly at random. And since Denia gets its humid, almost sub-tropical climate, lack of reliable airconditioning is a major let down. Minor annoyance: door entry through a smart home web app, which took some getting used to. It worked fine - just way less comfortable than a normal key; one needs to connect to the local wifi first, close the browser, refresh the page with the lock, and it sometimes does not work on the first attempt. And of course, you need to make sure you have your phone with you and charged while outside. It would have been a no-complaints stay otherwise.

 Verified Very Good ☺ La piscina y la buena relación calidad-precio ☹ Al ser la apertura digital, no funcionaba bien y nos generaba problemas de entrada, sobre todo el primer día.  Verified ☺Apartamento renovado en una urbanización muy familiar y tranquila. La zona común de la piscina es una maravilla, muy cuidada y con acceso rápido. La playa está a 7min andando. Aparcamiento en la puerta de la urbanización sin problemas. El apartamento tiene de todo, camas muy cómodas, espacio de sobra y una terraza grande. Hamacas para bajar a la zona de piscina… genial! ☹Andando al pueblo se tarda media hora, por lo que con niños íbamos en coche. Al ser junio no había problema de aparcamiento, pero dependerá de la época. No hay microondas!
