Rules Al Khalif 2
INTERNAL RULES OF THE COMMUNITY “AL KHALIF II”.
1.- Noise: Adjust the volume, inside and outside, in such a way that its use does not disturb the
privacy of others, especially during siesta hours, i.e. between 3pm and 5pm and from 12 midnight
until 7am. Some helpful tips: wear soft-soled shoes and put felt pads under the legs of tables,
chairs, etc.
2.- Before swimming in the pool, it is essential to use the outdoor shower, but do not use shower
gel or shampoo. Only the owners/residents and their guests have the right to use the pool (not to
be used between 12 noon and 7 am).
3.- All ball games are forbidden on the entire urbanisation. Rubber or plastic objects may not be
brought into the pool; only arm floats are allowed.
4.- All residents are requested to keep their terraces clean (to avoid the proliferation of pests). For
aesthetic reasons, clothes or bath towels should not be hung on balcony railings.
5.- It is essential to keep the entire urbanisation in a good state of cleanliness, and this includes
the stairs and railings. To avoid accidents, no glass bottles or glasses may be taken into the
swimming pool area or the green areas. Barbecues are also not allowed in these areas, and at
night, all tables, chairs, sun loungers, etc. must be cleared away.
6.- Dogs must be kept on a lead within the urbanisation. In the event of dogs dropping their
droppings in the urbanisation, the owners must remove them immediately.
7.- Satellite dishes must be installed on the roof. The awnings must be striped in pink and white.
8.- For everyone’s safety, all gates should be locked. This will prevent outsiders from entering the
urbanisation. If you suspect someone, you should not hesitate to ask them to leave the
urbanisation, as “Al Khalif ll” is a private property.
9.- During the months of June to September, each property is entitled to only one parking space.
Motorbikes must not be parked in such a way that they take up the space of a car.
10.- Access to the upstairs terrace is prohibited as this is reserved for maintenance or repair work
and not for private use.
11.- These rules must be respected by all residents, owners, tenants and guests. Owners who
rent out their properties must inform their tenants – short or long term – of these rules and place a
copy of them in a clearly visible place in their property.
If the whole Community undertakes to respect and enforce these rules “AL KHALIF FASE
DOS” will remain a private, quiet, exclusive urbanisation, and will therefore maintain all its
value.
