Rules El Patio

1. The community will be kept clean.
2. Midday break or siesta from 15:00 to 17:00.
3. Night rest from 24:00 to 08:00.
4. Swimming in the pools will end at 22:00 and the lights will be switched off at 23:00.
5. Showers shall be used before entering the pools.
6. It is forbidden to use mats and inflatable boats, water balls and other toys or sports
   equipment in the pools.
7. It is forbidden to take tables out of the terraces or to leave towels on the grass to reserve a
   place.
8. Skating and painting the walls is forbidden. Parents are responsible for their children.
9. It is forbidden for pets to run loose and they must not swim in the swimming pools.
10. The community must be driven through at a slow speed.
11. The gates to the community must be kept closed at all times.
12. Radios and TVs must be played at low volume.
13. It is forbidden to leave bicycles and motorbikes in the corridors.
14. It is forbidden to hang out clothes in the corridors and on the lawns.
15. Owners who rent their flats must post these rules and regulations in their flats.
16. It is forbidden to have barbecues in the corridors, as well as to set up tables for eating.
