To prevent overcrowding, the pool can be used by owners, tenants, or guests of the owners, but they must not abuse their right. It is advised not to have more than 12 people in the pool at the same time.
The use of the pool is always at your own risk.
Music equipment and televisions must be turned off after midnight. Normal quiet hours from midnight and the siesta from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM must also be respected.
Fires and barbecues can be used on the private terraces and not in the garden or recreation areas. This should not cause a nuisance to the neighbors.
Pets are not allowed in the complex and garden of Retiro Sol.
For private parties on the terraces, community rules must be respected, and disturbances and noise should be avoided.
Everyone must shower before using the pool. It is prohibited to use glasses, bottles, and ashtrays in public areas. Garden and pool lighting is on until midnight in July and August. For safety reasons, the pool is closed from midnight until sunrise. It must also be quiet after midnight.
If the gardener is performing garden and pool maintenance or watering the lawn, he must be able to do so without hindrance. Ensure that the public space is cleared. The gardener will then indicate when the pool can be used again.
Living together is based on respect for others, and we should all strive to adhere to this. There are few rules that everyone must follow, which, if followed, guarantee everyone’s right to a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
At night, the garden must be cleaned by owners and tenants, and all objects must be removed so that the garden can be watered by the irrigation system.
Electricity and water are included in the rent.
We ask you to avoid wasting expensive electricity, such as when using the air conditioning, by switching them off in time.
We may request a deposit upfront, which you will receive back in full after the final cleaning if nothing is damaged or missing.
The final cleaning (including bath and bed linen) will be charged separately.
Finally, we ask you to respect the rules applicable to the urbanization (see the conditions).
